It is without a doubt that this global pandemic has had a significant impact on most businesses – mass layoffs and closures, whilst others have survived despite the financial fragility and numerous lockdowns that felt like it might last forever.
At Vision Consulting Group, we viewed this as a chance to find opportunities while becoming stronger and building resilience to navigate future shocks.
We are thrilled to share with you what has come together this 2021. 😊
This year, one of the best decisions we made was moving to a digital world and participating in virtual meetings and events to assist businesses and individuals to continue operations.
We also can’t wait to share with you our new venture for next year, check it out below as our CEO, Nino Italiano, introduces it. This is a unique time to build a business, but one thing is for sure – there is more to come as we always go back to our mission which is to assist you in enhancing your income and wealth creation.
Lastly, we are very excited to introduce to you the new members of team – Dorathee and Jhera. Amidst the pandemic, we continue to grow and adapt to the disruption through innovation and hard work.
It may take time to readjust to our new normal but we all can do this one step at a time. We are hoping for even bigger and better things in 2022!

Message from the CEO
As this unusual year draws to a close, I am moved to reflect on my comments from the start of the year. In January, I commented that:
“When we talk of vision, 2021 refers to clear vision.”
As it turned out, that could not have been further from the truth. In January, we had no idea of what was to come. By February, we were all consumed by lockdowns again and our world has not been the same since. We found ourselves talking about being “locked down number 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 ” and how we could continue to work, train people, and working remotely. Tragically, some lost their businesses and jobs. Our hearts go out to any of our clients who have been affected by this pandemic, be it through loss, illness, or jobs being impacted. Our thoughts and best wishes continue to be with you all.
Despite COVID-19, we know that your wants and needs have changed, and we have done our best to respond. One example of this was to move to a digital world to assist businesses and individuals to continue operations. We have also held numerous very successful virtual meeting and are enjoying greater participation in these events.
In October, we launched BIO Real Estate. Our new venture which in the upcoming months, we will formally make this announcement and explain the benefits to you. This ever-growing suite of services is intended to assist you to continue your wealth creation strategies and goals in your chosen direction, at your own pace.
I am also delighted to finish the year with another new initiative. I am excited to introduce you to Dorathee, our new accounts tax assistant and Jhera Jane our new client relations officer. Dorathee will be working closely with Rae and myself in assisting the preparation of accounts for clients and Jhera Jane will be working on administrative and marketing tasks. We are working on developing her further to provide a more comprehensive “concierge” service to assist you.
And, there is more to come. We have ideas intended to assist our clients enhance their income and wealth creation. Some services are without cost, some are available fee-for-service, but nothing is mandatory. So, whether you are first-, second- or third-party client, we invite you to join us at our social media networks to keep well informed of the upcoming announcements on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
While we did not envisage the year that has been 2021, we have continued to pursue our objective of delivering as much support and service to our sector and clients. I would like to thank each and every one of you for your custom, and to those who have helped us in any other way to assist our clients.
I would also like to acknowledge and thank my team at Vision Consulting Group. Like everyone else, our team was affected by COVID-19. Every one of the team accepted to work from home (and we all still do!), without complaint or disruption to business activity and client support. Thank you, team, you are wonderful. I am proud to work with you all.
We are looking forward to 2022 and hope we can get back to a more normal way of life. We wish all of you a happy holiday season. Stay safe, keep well, enjoy the break if you are having one and we look forward to serving you again next year.
